We strive for podium-level satisfaction; if your official teamwear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in original, unworn condition with all official Mercedes-AMG Petronas and Adidas tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical apparel and accessories are securely stored to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our hub, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
